How much does runsonwhat cost?
runsonwhat's company lists cost $199 a month for 3 tools or $299 a month for 6 tools, and the API starts at $99 a month for 3,000 credits. Plans are billed monthly in US dollars and can be cancelled any time; Enterprise plans covering every tool are priced on request.
What do I get for each tool in a plan?
For each tool in your runsonwhat plan you see the top 100 companies using it with every filter (industry, size, country, LinkedIn, plan tier), recent starts and stops, and the full list as a CSV sent to your inbox. Without a plan, tool pages show the first 40 companies.
Can I change which tools are in my plan?
Yes. On runsonwhat an empty slot in your plan can be filled any time, and a filled slot can be switched to another tool once every 30 days. Upgrading from 3 to 6 tools starts right away and charges only the difference for the rest of the month.
How do runsonwhat API credits work?
A runsonwhat API call costs 1 credit per company lookup, 1 credit per company in a tool's customer list and 2 credits per start or stop; errors and unknown companies cost nothing. Unused monthly credits carry over to the next month once, top-ups of 1,000 credits last 12 months, and new accounts get 100 free credits.
Who handles payment and tax?
Payments for runsonwhat are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record: it charges your card, adds sales tax or VAT where it applies, and issues the invoice. Invoices, your card and cancelling are on the billing page of your account.
